Expert Advisor with Push notifications

Good afternoon, forumchane! 
I’m still a bit new to MQL4 / 5, but not in programming. 
Could you tell me-maybe there are already ready-made solutions and I didn’t see them 🙂 I need to have an Expert Advisor that just makes a push message on the pivot bar for B. V. Trading is supposed to be independent, but since now there is no way to keep track of the 5-minute chart all the time, I want to receive such alerts.
